A stunning team special collage presentation to celebrate England’s history making Lionesses winning the Women’s Euro 2025 in Switzerland. The dramatic penalty shootout win over World Champions Spain in the Final sealed their place in the history books- the first English team to win a major tournament on foreign soil and the first English team to defend a major title, surely the greatest achievement in English Football.
The journey to victory, as described by head coach Sarina Wiegman, was worthy of a movie script - a loss in the opening game against France, a comeback from 2 goals down in the quarter final against Sweden winning a marathon penalty shootout to progress and then a last minute equaliser from Michelle Agyemang in the semi final against Italy to save England. An equally dramatic final against the tournament favourites Spain with Euro 2022 winning goal scorer Chloe Kelly fittingly scoring the winning penalty.
