We use Royal Mail for delivery to all areas within the UK and Northern Ireland. For our larger framed and canvas products we have to use couriers. Courier companies charge a remote area surcharge for certain postcodes (for a list of remote area postcodes click here). If we are unable to deliver via Royal Mail we will contact you to take payment for any delivery surcharges.

Print Orders - We aim to send out all print only orders within 2 days of order. A next day delivery option is available at a cost of £8.50 for orders values up to £200 and £2.55 for order values over £200. Please contact us offline for timed delivery services eg – next day pre 9 and pre 12. These services are available but at an additional cost on top of the £8.50 next day charge.
Framed and Canvas Orders - We produce all of our framed and canvas orders in house so we are able to offer fast delivery times of 2-3 working days. If you need your order even quicker please contact us offline. Subject to time of year and the time of day you call, next day delivery for framed and canvas orders is possible but an additional cost will apply.
International
International orders are sent by Fedex International Priority and DHL Express services. We aim to finish production of all international orders within 2 days to minimise the total delivery time. Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom are subject to customs clearances which may affect the delivery times.
There are 4 ways to help the delivery process run smoothly
1. Use the email we send you with the courier tracking details to control the date of delivery, redelivery and collection from your local depot.
2. Provide the telephone number that we are most likely to reach you on during the daytime – mobile or work number is normally best.
3. Use the special instructions box to suggest a safe place for your order to be left if you are not at home eg. Leave with neighbour.
4. Consider using your work address for delivery if you will not be at home during working hours.
If the courier is not able to deliver directly or leave your order in a safe place you will receive a card with details of how to arrange another delivery or how to collect from the local depot.
If successive redelivery attempts are unsuccessful the courier can return your order to us – in this case we may ask you to pay an additional shipping fee to have your order redelivered.
If you have not received your order in the designated delivery time frame, please contact us offline. If you have received a delivery note from a courier, but did not receive another delivery, please contact your local depot first for more information.
You may be asked to pay additional taxes and duties before your order is delivered. The amount payable varies between destination countries due to different customs rules and thresholds. If you are based in an EU country, from the 1st July 2021 the following order value thresholds are in place – for order values up to 150 Euros – no duties and taxes will be charged locally on delivery. For order values over 150 Euros – you are liable to pay customs duties and taxes. These are normally a percentage of the order value and you will be contacted by our couriers (DHL & Fedex) who will advise you on the amount to pay to release your order for delivery.
