A stunning triple photo presentation to celebrate Chris Froome’s historic achievement of becoming only the 3rd rider in cycling history to win the 3 Grand Tours in a row – 2017 Tour de France, 2017 Vuelta a Espana (Tour of Spain) and the 2018 Giro d’Italia (Tour of Italy).

The 2018 Giro was a classic throughout but the 19th Stage in which Chris Froome launched a solo attack with 80km’s to race at the foot of the Colle delle Finestre will go down as one of the greatest rides in Grand Tour Cycling history. Chris Froome started the stage in 4th place over 3 minutes down on race leader Simon Yates (Great Britain) and Tom Dumoulin (Netherlands) and stormed to victory on the Stage to take the race leader’s pink jersey. He was able to recover and hold off the charging Tom Dumoulin on Stage 20 to keep hold of the Maglia Rosa to win the Giro and make history.

The other 2 riders are true legends of the sport – Eddy Merckx (Belgium) and Bernard Hinault (France)
