Stuart Broad 300 Test Wickets Special
A stunning montage to celebrate Stuart Broad becoming only the 5th England bowler to reach the 300 test wickets milestone. He joined an exclusive club alongside England greats James Anderson, Sir Ian Botham, Bob Willis and Fred Trueman.
Stuart Broad arrived at Trent Bridge for the 4th Test of the enthralling 2015 Ashes Series on 299 wickets. On an extraordinary morning he picked up his 300th wicket with only the 2nd ball of the day as he had Australian opener Chris Rogers caught behind by England captain Alastair Cook. He took another wicket in his opening over and within 25 balls had claimed 5 Australian wickets – the fastest in test history. He ended up with career best figures of 8-15 as Australia were bowled out for just 60 runs before lunch.
This magnificent performance is featured in the montage along with some of his most memorable career moments – his 1st test wicket in Sri Lanka in 2007, his match-winning 5 wicket haul at the Oval in the Ashes of 2009 where he ripped the heart out of the Australian batting line up setting up England’s series winning victory. The montage features both of his 11 wickets in a match performances - at Lord’s against the West Indies in 2012 and his Ashes winning 11 wickets at Chester-Le-Street in 2013.
The montage is available as a 32” x 20” photographic print with all the caption information in place, as a frame ready mount at 36” x 24” and fully framed at approx. 38” x 26”.
