A fantastic montage of Mark Cavendish images to celebrate his historic win in the 2011 World Road Race to become the first British world champion in the event in 47 years. The other images illustrate the huge impact he has had on cycling in such a short time - his track gold for the Isle of Man at the Commonwealth Games in 2006 and of course his many stage wins in the Tour de France where he won the Green Points jersey in 2011.
