3. What if my order is urgent?
For urgent Photo Only orders, a guaranteed next day service is available.
Royal Mail Special Delivery® - £6.95
All orders received by 1pm will be sent out the same day for guaranteed delivery before 1pm next working day. We will make every attempt to send out orders received after 1pm on the day of order. However, these orders cannot be guaranteed to arrive on the next working day and will be sent out special delivery on the following day. If you need an order delivered next working day and it is after 1pm, please contact us offline and we will let you know if delivery is possible.
Special delivery orders placed on a Friday will arrive pre-1pm on Monday. Special Delivery orders placed on the day before a Bank holiday weekend will be delivered on the first working day after the Bank holiday weekend. Delivery schedules / deadlines for Christmas will be listed on the website at the time.
Pre-9am Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery - Cost based on weight
Any Print Only orders that need to be received by 9am the next day must be made offline. All orders must be Print Only and delivered within the UK Mainland. Please note that Pre-9am Special Delivery orders can arrive as early as 7am - it is therefore essential that someone is there to sign for the order from 7am on the day of delivery. Saturday morning deliveries for print only orders can also be arranged by calling us offline.
4. How do I track my order
Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery® & Royal Mail Special Delivery®
All online orders will receive email notices with a tracking number for each order. You can then use the tracking service on the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com to track the status of your order.

1. How long does standard delivery take?
Standard - Royal Mail International Air Sure and Signed For Delivery®
Print only orders are printed within 1-2 days of the order date and delivered within a further 6 working days. These delivery times are given as a guide by Royal Mail but are not guaranteed. Tracking on these standard overseas delivery services is limited to confirming arrival in the destination country and confirming delivery. If you have not received your order within the suggested time frame please contact us offline. If you require your prints urgently an Express guaranteed service is available offline (see point 3 below)

There is a standard £10 delivery charge for all overseas orders
3. What if my order is urgent?
DHL Express International service is available offline for urgent orders. If you require your prints urgently please contact us offline for a price. Prices depend on the size of the order and the destination country. Delivery times can be as quick as 2-3 days (Europe and the USA) and all deliveries can be tracked via the DHL website – www.dhl.com.

Delivery times for mounted only, framed, canvas and acrylic orders are 6 days from date of order. For information on urgent orders – see question 3 below.

3. What if my order is urgent?
Priority services for mounted only, framed, canvas and acrylic orders are available if your order is urgent. To guarantee delivery of your order within the standard delivery time of 6 days from date of order the following priority surcharges will apply. (Prices include UK VAT)
1-3 days - £12 per product
4-5 days - £6 per product
Please call us offline to arrange the appropriate priority surcharge.

1. How do I minimize delivery problems?
We have listed below some advice to help minimize delivery problems.
MOBILE, DAYTIME or WORK NUMBER PLEASE!!
Please provide a mobile, daytime or work number when placing your order. This is very important as we may need to contact you to check delivery information, or if we have any general questions relating to your order. These numbers will also be of use to our couriers during delivery.
Work Address
If you are able to accept deliveries to your work address to ensure someone will be able to sign for your order, this will help minimize delivery problems.
Special Instructions
Our couriers will deliver your order on a weekday between 08:30-17:30. If you have any special delivery instructions such as "leave with neighbour", "or leave in garage", please enter these into the Special Instructions box.
Redelivery
If your order cannot be delivered on the first attempt, the courier (unless indicated otherwise) will automatically attempt to deliver your order again on the following working day. If the order is not signed for on the second attempt, additional redelivery charges may apply. The courier (unless indicated otherwise) will automatically attempt to deliver for a third time the following working day. If the third attempt is unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us. If this happens, you will be charged an additional delivery charge of £15.
We will of course make every effort to ensure additional delivery charges are not required. We will always contact you before your order is sent out for the first time to ensure the delivery process is as smooth as possible.
2. What if I am not home to receive my order?
If you are not at the designated address at time of delivery, the courier will leave a card. This will give details of the next delivery date (likely to be the following working day). It will also give details of the local courier depot - if you are not expecting to be in on the date for the next delivery listed on the card, it is very important that you make immediate contact with the depot. By calling the depot, you will be able to arrange a more convenient delivery date or ask for your order to be held at the depot for you to collect. If you have any questions, at this stage, please feel free to contact us offline.
3. Do I need to sign for my order? Can someone else sign for my order?
All orders must be signed for when they are delivered, however, they do not need to be signed by the individual who made the order.
4. I still have not received my order, what should I do?
If you have not received your order in the designated delivery time frame, please contact us offline. If you have received a delivery note from a courier, but did not receive another delivery, please contact your local depot first for more information.

It is now possible to deliver all of our products anywhere in the world – Mounted Only, Framed, Canvas and Acrylic orders. All these product options are sent via DHL Express with prices calculated using a volumetric weight system. Prices vary according to the dimensions and weight of the order packaging and the destination country. All prices are automatically calculated in the shopping basket during the checkout process.
