1. How long does standard delivery take?

Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands
Standard - Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery®
Whilst orders are normally delivered next day, this service is not guaranteed. Orders can take up to 2-3 days.

3. What if my order is urgent?

For urgent Photo Only orders, a guaranteed next day service is available.
Royal Mail Special Delivery® - £6.95
All orders received by 1pm will be sent out same day for guaranteed delivery before 1pm next working day. We will make every attempt to send out orders received after 1pm on the day of order. However, these orders cannot be guaranteed to arrive on the next working day and will be sent out special delivery on the following day. If you need an order delivered next working day and it is after 1pm, please contact us offline and we will let you know if a devliery is possible.

Special delivery orders placed on a Friday will arrive pre-1pm on Monday. Special Delivery orders placed on the day before a Bank holiday weekend will be delivered on the first working day after the Bank holiday weekend. Delivery schedules / deadlines for Christmas will be listed on the website at the time.

Pre-9am Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery - Cost based on weight
Any Photo Only orders that need to be received by 9am the next day must be made offline. All orders must be Photo Only and within the UK Mainland. Please note that Pre-9am Special Delivery orders can arrive as early as 7am - it is therefore essential that someone is there to sign for the order from 7am on the day of delivery.

DHL Express Worldwide Delivery® (Overseas Express orders) - Approximately £30-£50
Overseas Express orders can be delivered as quickly as 1-2 working days. Overseas Express orders must be placed offline. We will give you an exact price dependent on your location and order size before processing your order.

Please note that tracking international orders through these two services may not allow you to have up-to-date tracking information. If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame, please contact us for assistance with tracking your order.

DHL Express Worldwide Delivery® (Overseas Express orders)
Overseas Express orders are fully trackable from leaving us to delivery with you. A tracking number and tracking information will be provided to you via email.

1. How long does standard delivery take?

Mainland UK Only (England, Scotland & Wales)
Delivery times for mounted, framed or canvas orders are 8-12 days from date of order. We hold a stock of small (12” x 8”) Canvas Collection items - delivery times for these are the same as Photo Only orders (see above).

Non-Mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man & Channel Islands)
Delivery times are 12-15 working days from date of order.

Europe and Rest of the World
We regret that delivery outside of the above areas is not available. (See 4 below).

Orders to Non-Mainland UK locations do have affordable options available for delivery, between £30-£50. Please enquire offline for more details.

3. What if my order is urgent?

We will make every effort to process your urgent order by the required deadline. If your order is urgent, please contact us offline with the details of your order and the deadline date required. We will then contact our framers to confirm if the order can be processed in time. Once we have received this confirmation, we will then contact you to finalise the order. In certain cases such as Saturday or AM timed deliveries, additional delivery charges may apply.

4. What if I am ordering from overseas?

Europe and Rest of the World
Due to the high prices charged by the courier companies, delivery outside Mainland UK, the Channel Islands and Southern & Northern Ireland is prohibitively expensive. We would be happy to quote on delivery to your destination. Contact us offline for more details.

5. How do I check the progress of my order?

If you would like to check on the progress of your order, please contact us offline. We will then contact our framers and get back to you with an update. If you have been notified that your order is out for delivery and the order has not arrived, please contact us offline and we will look into it for you.

1. How do I minimize delivery problems?

We have listed below some advice to help minimize delivery problems.
MOBILE, DAYTIME or WORK NUMBER PLEASE!!
Please provide a mobile, daytime or work number when placing your order. This is very important as we will be contacting you to check delivery information, or if we have any general questions relating to your order. These numbers will also be of use to our couriers during delivery.

Work Address
If you are able to accept deliveries to your work address, this will greatly help minimize delivery problems and speed up delivery of your order.

Special Instructions
Our couriers will deliver your order on a weekday between 08:30-17:30. If you have any special delivery instructions such as “leave with neighbour”, “or leave in garage”, please enter these into the Special Instructions box.

Redelivery
If your order cannot be delivered on the first attempt, the courier (unless indicated otherwise) will automatically attempt to deliver your order again on the following working day. If the order is not signed for on the second attempt, additional redelivery charges may apply. The courier (unless indicated otherwise) will automatically attempt to deliver for a third time the following working day. If the third attempt is unsucessful, your order will be returned to our framers. If this happens, you will be charged an additional delivery charge of £15.

We will of course make every effort to ensure additional delivery charges are not required. We will always contact you before your order is sent out for the first time to ensure the delivery process is as smooth as possible.

2. What if I am not home to receive my order?

If you are not at the designated address at time of delivery, the courier will leave a card. This will give details of the next delivery date (likely to be the following working day). It will also give details of the local courier depot - if you are not expecting to be in on the date for the next delivery listed on the card, it is very important that you make immediate contact with the depot. By calling the depot, you will be able to arrange a more convenient delivery date or ask for your order to be held at the depot for you to collect. If you have any questions, at this stage, please feel free to contact us offline.

3. Do I need to sign for my order? Can someone else sign for my order?

All orders must be signed for when they are delivered, however, they do not need to be signed by the individual who made the order.

4. I still have not received my order, what should I do?

If you have not received your order in the designated delivery time frame, please contact us offline. If you have received a delivery note from a courier, but did not receive another delivery, please contact your local depot first for more information.
